If your not from Europe, then do these steps to get the flag:
Go to this Proxy:
Paste this contest link into the blank box at the Proxy Site:
Then press Enter on your Keyboard. Do NOT Click on any Pop Up Adds.
Log into Stardoll
Create a random Scenery and Save it for the competition.
Make sure you wait for the page to load and you should see 'Your contest Entry has been submitted'.
Log out of Stardoll on the Proxy (for the safety of your account) and Leave the Proxy
Go into your Suite on Stardoll normally and the flag should be in a Starplaza box
